Craig has over 38 years of industry experience, ranging from real estate investing, investment property sourcing, development, analysis, and management, to investor financing and mortgage lending.   

For 20 years, Craig owned and managed a brokerage in San Ramon with over $1.2 billion in mortgage transactions since 2001—ranking him as a top producer nationally.

In addition to being a licensed real estate broker with the California Department of Real Estate (DRE) and Nationwide Mortgage Licensing Service (NMLS), Craig is also a licensed Advisor Representative with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), served as an Estate Planning Council member for 17 years, and is a graduate of Douglas College in British Columbia where he studied psychology and criminology.  

Craig lives in San Ramon, California with his wife and children where they have resided for the past 26 years. He enjoys sailing, skiing, tennis, golf, ice hockey and anything that involves his family.
